The Managers Toolbox training programme aims to give managers the necessary tools to navigate responsibilities when managing staff and to understand the requirements of the manager’s role when it comes to HR and employment law. 

Whether you are a new or experienced manager, the training programme will provide you with a range of tools to help effectively manage staff whilst complying with your employment law obligations in order to mitigate the risk of Employment Tribunal claims*. 

The Managers Toolbox will cover the employment relationship from appointment to termination, paying particular attention to the tricky areas that managers are most likely to struggle with including misconduct, performance management, sickness absence, grievances/whistleblowing and discrimination. 

The programme will take the form of 6 sessions run over 6 weeks with each session taking place online and running for around two hours.  In order to allow interaction and participation with attendees the sessions are limited to 15 delegates.
