For our business clients we provide bespoke advice on all employment-related issues, from recruitment through to termination including drafting contracts of employment, service agreements, staff handbooks and bespoke policies. We offer hands on support throughout the employment relationship including in relation to disciplinary and grievance procedures, restructures, TUPE, termination of employment (including redundancy) and settlement agreements.

We also provide commercial and robust representation in the Employment Tribunal and Employment Appeal Tribunal.

We offer retainer arrangements tailored to the client’s needs which can be backed by optional insurance cover arranged through our specialist broker.

In addition, we provide employment law support to our Corporate team on the sale or purchase of a business and work closely with our Dispute Resolution and Litigation team in relation to the enforcement or defence of proceedings relating to restrictive covenants.

We advise individuals in relation to all employment related issues during the employment relationship up to and including termination and advice on settlement agreements as well as representation in the Employment Tribunal and Employment Appeal Tribunal.
