Dan is a Partner in the Commercial Property team and has over 20 years’ experience acting for a wide range of clients including developers, investors, SMEs, financial institutions, charitable organisations and trusts.

Dan specialises in all types of property development, having dealt with industrial estates, retail parks, student halls of residence, hotel schemes and residential estates, often taking a scheme from initial site assembly and dealing with funding for the acquisition and build, through to site set up and the eventual sale of the asset.

He also advises on general commercial property matters and clients appreciate his no-nonsense approach and pragmatic advice.
