Timothy joined FMGS in February 2026 and is a Corporate and Commercial Solicitor, advising businesses of all sizes across Lancashire and throughout the UK. He supports clients on a wide range of corporate matters, including mergers and acquisitions, partnership law, commercial contracts, and broader strategic projects.

Over the course of his career, Timothy has developed strong expertise in corporate transactions and commercial advisory work, working with corporates, investors, entrepreneurs, and SMEs. His experience spans multiple sectors, shaped by previous roles at regional and international practices.
